Rating:

Pros: Most of the things they offer like their differnet plans, their limits and reasonable exlucsions.

Cons: Price and the amount of the things offered.

Overall: I was actually a member of another insurance company but when I was doing my daily banking businesses at one of the NAB branch, the teller that was clearing my cheque told me about their Insurance service and told me to join. I took their informaiton booklet home and even had the teller answer some of my questions. Not soon later, everything was set up. I can only hope it will continue to be this way.

Not Reliable

Rating:

Pros: NAB USED to be good, but now they went into hell.

Cons: NAB charges millions of expensive fees that other insurance and banks do not charge. And their system ha so muhc error, staffs can take a long time to get back to you, and while trying to make things intersting, they ask you embrassing questions that is none of their business!

Overall: NAB Insurance was alright because I thought their bank was alright too. But now I know how wrong I\'ve been. After that glitch when all their banks closed, I noteced my insurance account was also a bit glitchy. It is from then on that I encountered so much suprises with my premiums and what I could claim for!

Be careful with NAB! Until they pull their socks up and become more professonal, I am going to be avoiding NAB.
