Pros: A lot of their services are priced cheaper than most major insurance companies. Staffs are noted to be friendly, courteous and helpful when it comes to applying for an insurance quote or claim. They offer many ways for the claims to be sent to you.

Once damages arise from your car or home, the hotline deals with your problem on the spot with many helpful advices. An inspector is usually sent to your place too to analyze the damages.

Cons: Budget Direct can sometimes offer to add extras to your insurance policy and you are expected to pay for them even though you will not being using them. Be careful when they are doing this because the price you end up paying may be beyond what was stated at the beginning. When it comes to paying fees, some people have reported that Budget Direct has a tendency to automatic withdraw money as high as $850 from your bank account. To make sure this does not happen, customers should understand fully what they are signing up in their Product of Disclosure statement.
