Pros: Like of all Australia Post staffs, the Insurance sector's staffs are also kind, polite and informative with a passion for car insurances. Many customers have praised the representatives for being able to give a quote on the spot as well as having the option to sign up for a policy or premium

There are many stories of customer being in severe damages that were not their fault, and after a quick call, claims were sent to them within a week. The repairs are great that will leave all signs of damages brand new again.

Cons: The biggest disadvantage that people have complained about is the lack of a roadside assistance. If the car is on a busy highway along the countryside and gets hit, the driver will have to make their own way to get the road back to their houses before anything can be sorted from Australia Post Car Insurance.
