There are more than 3300 staffs serving over 2 million policyholders. Allianz is a leady private workers’ compensation insurer that is hoping to reduce emission by 20% by 2012.

Pros: Allianz has been highly complimented for offering cheap and affordable insurance to their customers. Vehicles are, in most cases, valued right on the upper-limit of the valuation range despite it had traveled higher than the average kilometers.

Staffs in their customer support line as well as in branches are known to be nice, caring and passionate about serving. It is possible to receive a comparative quote and sign up for a policy on the same day.

Cons: Many complaints have been sent in that it took customers a very long time to get their claims processed and settled. There is a record from an existing customer that the claim progress was slow, unprofessional with many unanswered emails and phone calls. From time to time, the period between making a claim and getting the car repaired can take more than a month. But nowaday, this problem seems to be rare.

Allianz does not phone or email customers about the updates of claims or repairs. Because of this incontinent behavior, it has left many customers anxious and worried.

Another downside of Allianz is the company constantly taking money out of your bank account after the policy has ran out. People have reported Allianz taking more than a thousand dollars and then having to go through a long process to get the amount refunded.

Overall: Allianz is a famous and well-trusted insurance brand that has been serving Australians for years. Because of such exposure, it is impossible to satisfy every customer. If you are wanting a company that is less more warm and no as busy, then maybe Allianz is not the right insurer for you.
